We’re committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all our participants. Our Code of Conduct provides a clear set of guidelines for everyone in the Younga community about the standards to which we hold you—and ourselves.

Code of Conduct
Be kind and respectful
We ask that all participants, speakers, sponsors and other guests be respectful of each others’ lived experiences, interests, abilities and personal differences. Be kind, even in moments of disagreement or discomfort. Be mindful of how your individual actions and words are experienced by others.
We think it goes without saying, but sometimes it’s good to be really clear: We expect that all forum participants will treat each other with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination and any form of abuse of any participants are never tolerated in person or online—this behaviour reduces the value of the forum for everyone.
Participants who choose to not follow our Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the forum, without a refund, at the discretion of the Younga team.
We also reserve the right to monitor, edit, hide or remove inappropriate comments on social media.

We believe in the freedom of expression of all participants, and encourage discussion and interaction as essential elements of participation.
If you see someone behaving disrespectfully and you feel safe and comfortable doing so, we encourage to respectfully discourage them from such behaviour. The safety and well-being of Younga participants are vital. If someone makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it immediately to the Younga team. We want to hear from you about anything that you feel is disrespectful or threatening.
We urge any participant who has witnessed or experienced any action or behaviour that is counter to our values to contact and report their experience. We will listen and work to resolve the matter.
