I have been inspired and empowered taking part of Younga 2021 sessions such as; SDG10 that Inequalities are also Deepening for vulnerable populations in countries with weaker health systems and those facing existing humanitarian crises.
Different sessions regarding Youths made me realize that I am not the only youth trying to work for the society and made me feel the power of unity as I could meet other young people with same thoughts as I had.
My top takeaway from Younga was that it takes strong, powerful, and educated leaders like ourselves to address the many complex issues facing society including poverty, gender equality, climate change, among others.

From the first itself I felt empowered was the meeting with the first lady of Iceland the things that she said inspired me to become someone who can inspire others like she did that work in the field of bringing gender equality.

Younga is a platform to gain exposure to projects globally, ask questions and learn more about the world-- all crucial in making the world a better place through SDGs.
The networking session was a top notch as I personally who lack the ability as an introvert to relate got to learn how you can meet out so as to grow and I meet like minded peers who were so much impacted.
The Take Action Day, Networking sessions and the break out sessions and the orientation ceremony which inspires me so much in taking positive actions for sustainable development, more connections and fostering collaboration with other youths.
During the Younga, I was so inspired by; the kiss the ground film, empowering youth to take actions through design thinking, Nature and Spirits session, and all others sessions. These encouraged me urgently step up to make an inclusive environment.
Inclusivity and diversity was my biggest inspiration.

Meeting changemakers from across the globe, taking simple yet effective steps, listening, and sharing to stories of change was an amazing experience.
